Terms of Service for Apps Owned and Operated by InfoTalk LLC
Effective Date: 01/15/2020
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any of our Apps. By using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Permission to Use Apps
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Apps on devices you own or control (iOS, Android, or other supported platforms).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer rights to the Apps.
- Make the Apps available over a network where multiple devices could use them simultaneously.
Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Content & Conduct
You agree not to post or transmit:
- Content that violates applicable laws.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
InfoTalk may remove material or restrict access at our sole discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.
Updates & Support
InfoTalk may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, patches, or support. Any updates provided are subject to these Terms.
Warranty & Liability
The Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- InfoTalk disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
- InfoTalk shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Apps, even if InfoTalk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of liability; in such cases, InfoTalk’s liability is limited to the minimum amount required by law.
Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, stop using the Apps and delete all copies.
Third-Party Services
The Apps may include access to third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk. InfoTalk is not responsible for third-party content or services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio. For users in the EU/Switzerland/Norway/Iceland, local laws may apply.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our Apps and websites.
Information We Collect
- Login Information: Email, username, or account credentials.
- Location Information: GPS or device location for app functionality.
- App Usage Data: Scores, course information, interaction logs.
- Device Data: Device type, OS version, IP address, and analytics.
- Local Storage: App data saved locally (e.g., Core Data).
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: For analytics and functionality.

- Provided by You: Account creation, entering scores, or editing course information.

- Backup & Sync: Data stored on our servers (if applicable).
Why We Collect Information

We use SSL encryption and firewalls to protect user data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child’s data.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting in the app or on our website. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.

The Apps may use third-party services or analytics, which may collect information in accordance with their own policies.
