How We Collect Information
- Provided by You: When you create an account, enter or edit scores, add courses or notes, or contact support.
- Automatically: Through app interactions, location tracking (if enabled), and analytics tools.
- Backup & Sync: If available in the app, certain data may be backed up or synced to our servers so that it can be restored or used across devices.
Why We Collect Information
- To provide and personalize app functionality, including GPS distances, score tracking, and analytics.
- To communicate with you about updates, new features, promotions, and support messages.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it. Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child’s data.

Your use of our apps.
By downloading or using any app owned and operated by InfoTalk LLC (the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
Permission to Use Apps
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Apps on devices you own or control (iOS, Android, or other supported platforms).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer rights to the Apps.
- Make the Apps available over a network where multiple devices can access them simultaneously.
Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us promptly.
Content & Conduct
You agree not to post, upload, or transmit content that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
InfoTalk may remove material or restrict access at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Updates & Support
InfoTalk may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, patches, new versions, or support for the Apps. Any updates provided are subject to these Terms unless they come with separate terms.
Warranty & Liability
The Apps are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- InfoTalk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- InfoTalk shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Apps, even if InfoTalk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of liability or implied warranties; in such cases, InfoTalk’s liability is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Termination
This Agreement and your license to use the Apps terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps and delete all copies from your devices.
Third-Party Services
The Apps may include access to or integration with third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. InfoTalk is not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Apps or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
For users located in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, local laws may apply and provide you with additional rights.
